About 2070Health
W Health Ventures has set up India's first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health-an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Location: Mumbai (Field-intensive role)
Reporting to: Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals
- Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
- Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
- Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel
Performance targets:
- Weekly and monthly referral count targets
- Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks
- Referral-to-conversion rate tracking
- Participation in local events and engagement campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred
- Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal
- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred
- Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
