Job Responsibilities:

-Display strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing & reporting on large datasets.
-You will engage in the entire data life cycle - collect requirements, identify or build data source, analyze data, build data pipelines to load and transform data, visualize and present data.
-Ensure data quality, manage and scale data solutions.
-Implementing appropriate industry-standard practices, including defining and reporting on key metrics, identifying risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies within and across work streams.
-Assistance with documenting data models and flows, artifacts, and responsibilities.
-Develop, analyze, and present findings in response to senior management requests.
-Demonstrate good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
-Must be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and flexible team player who has a strategic vision but also the ability to execute successfully.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas.

-Experience working with data analytics / visualization software. Power BI preferred.

-Experience working with multiple database technologies. Snowflake is preferred.
-Background in statistics or data science is a plus. Experience with regression analysis and correlation of independent variables is preferred.

-Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and Written).
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information and present findings to senior audiences.
-Ability to work across functional disciplines and with all levels of the organization.
-Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks.
-Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization.
-Creative thinker who will take complete ownership and accountability.
