Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Own planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program governance.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Technical Leadership

    • Understand system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud components, and integration requirements.
    • Partner with architects and engineers to define technical designs, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
    • Identify technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs, and guide teams toward viable solutions.
    • Support teams in troubleshooting delivery issues and removing blockers.

    Stakeholder & Communication Management

    • Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and technical teams.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and execution plans.
    • Provide clear project updates, dashboards, and documentation to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate alignment meetings, decision-making sessions, and release planning.
