• Key contributor to a variety of types of Service management development initiatives.
• Identify and implement required infrastructure (apps/modules) to support specific processes.
• Identify potential implications of a particular module over other existing modules.
• Implement plausible solutions to each use-case.
• Implements enhancement of workflows per business needs
• Participates in the design thinking discussion

Technical

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (ITSM or HRSD module)
• Experience in Process Automation Designer and Playbook
• More than 5 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC
• Should understand the features of ServiceNow (incl App Engine Studio)
• 3+ years of experience in developing ServiceNow portals
• Experience in creating and implementing complex ServiceNow portal pages as well as widgets.
• Experience in creating and working on customized portals and widgets.
• Ability to debug complex portal and widget related issues.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Angular JS, JavaScript, Node JS, and coding in ServiceNow
• Capable of suggesting technical recommendations related to portal implementation.
• Experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Widgets, knowledge of OOB widgets and custom widgets, Catalogue Items, Record Producers, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning
• Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications. Experience in Reporting & Performance Analytics
• Experience in Service Portal with JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets
• Experience in Application Development on ServiceNow, Experience in App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls
• Experience in UI Scripts, UI Policies, UI Policy Actions, Variables, Variable Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX
• Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs, ServiceNow best practices
• Certifications: CSA, Certified Application Developer
• Experience in Integrations with various applications with advanced high security limitations
