Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI solution development on Looker and Qlik
• Build data models, dashboards, and reports
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Optimize LookML and Qlik scripts/apps
• Ensure performance, scalability, and governance
• Mentor team and conduct code reviews

Required Skills

• 8 years in BI/Analytics
• Strong expertise in Looker (LookML) and Qlik (Sense/View)
• Advanced SQL and data modeling
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Python/scripting skills
• BI architecture governance experience
