Job Description: Senior Engineer (.NET) Full Stack Developer
YOE: 7-10 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days WFO)
Shift-timings: 8AM – 5PM IST

Role Overview
Senior Engineer with 07to 10 years of strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS), along with hands-on experience in .NET, APIs, React and distributed systems.
Proficient in Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD, with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies
• Build and manage microservices and event-driven systems
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, and databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Mentor junior developers and guide team deliverables
• Contribute to long-term technical roadmap and innovation

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with backend development: .NET (C#)
• Good to have experience in Python
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure or AWS (preferred)
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, RDBMS, NoSQL)
• Frontend exposure (JavaScript, React)
• Understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

Experience & Qualifications

• 07 years of relevant software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Master's degree or cloud certifications are a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers
