About The Job:

• Finance & Controlling (FI CO) – S/4HANA
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP implementation, development, and support activities regarding SAP Finance and Controlling (FI CO).
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, prepare functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
• Ability to create presentation and workshop decks for Blueprint sessions and present them to the client.
• Ability to create process flows in Microsoft Visio for proposed business processes.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for solutions.
• Ability to configure SAP FI CO and deliver work products conforming to client standards and requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strong hands on configuration experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.
• Integration of FI CO module with other SAP modules and external applications.
• Involvement during SAP implementation lifecycle including unit testing and cycle testing.
• Integration testing.
• User manual preparation.
• User support activities.
• Exposure to ASAP and other structured SAP implementation methodologies.
• Regular interaction with onsite team and client.
• Provide status updates in daily and weekly conference calls.
• Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team and client.

Qualifications:
Skills / Experience Requirements

• Must have 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 4 to 7 years of experience working on SAP FI CO module.
• Implementation experience in S/4HANA.
• Hands on experience in configuring SAP FI components including:
• SAP FI – General Ledger.
• SAP FI – New G/L.
• SAP FI – Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• SAP FI – Asset Accounting.
• SAP CO – Cost Centers and Profit Centers.
• SAP CO – Internal Orders.
• SAP CO – Product Costing.
• SAP COPA – Controlling and Profitability Analysis.
• SAP BPC – basic knowledge and exposure.
• Should have good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Familiarity with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PS, and SAP HR business processes.
• Nice to have experience or certification in Simple Finance.
• SAP Certification on FI CO module.
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience in SAP Country India Version (CIN) configuration and applications.
• Experience integrating with SAP SD, MM, PS, and HR modules.
• Training or awareness on NetWeaver components.
• Team leading experience is an added advantage.
• Exposure to ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC interfaces with basic technical knowledge.
• Must have Japanese language proficiency.
