Qualifications:
- Consultant (2+ Years)
- Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these
- critical systems for different customers
- Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team
- members and management on issues and needed adjustments.
- Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks – production /Non-
- production
- Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure
- Knowledge of Batch Jobs, Interface, Channel monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause
- Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customer
- Understanding of Kernel upgrades
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules
- Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities.
- 2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a
- medium or large size firms
- 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP Products
- Should have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good team player and quick learner.
