SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Management Consultants with strong functional expertise in planning domains. The role focuses on driving business solutions across supply chain processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and enabling efficient planning strategies using modern tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate supply chain requirements into functional solutions
• Drive end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Provide functional consulting support for implementation, enhancement, and optimization of planning solutions
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and define business process flows
• Configure and support planning systems aligned with business needs
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Support testing, validation, and user training activities

Core Skills & Expertise

• Strong functional knowledge in at least one or more of the following:
  • Supply Planning
  • Demand Planning
  • Inventory Planning
• Hands-on experience with at least one planning tool/platform such as:
  • SAP IBP
  • Kinaxis
  • Blue Yonder
  • o9 Solutions (or similar planning platforms)
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Experience in business process mapping and solution design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning lifecycle
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
