The Role

We are hiring an Outbound Growth Specialist to own cold email, outbound systems, lead generation, data enrichment, automation, campaign experimentation, and pipeline creation end to end.

\n


\n

This person should be able to think like a marketer, build like an operator, write like a salesperson, and experiment like a growth hacker.

\n


\n

Your job is simple:

Build a repeatable outbound machine that can help StepsAI grow exponentially.

You will own the full cold email system — from finding the right customers, building lead lists, enriching data, writing campaigns, setting up tools, testing offers, improving deliverability, analyzing performance, and creating meetings that convert into revenue.

1. Lead Generation Engine

\n

You will build and manage high-quality lead lists across our target markets.

You will own the technical and operational setup of outbound.
