\nWe are hiring an Outbound Growth Specialist to own cold email, outbound systems, lead generation, data enrichment, automation, campaign experimentation, and pipeline creation end to end.
\nThis person should be able to think like a marketer, build like an operator, write like a salesperson, and experiment like a growth hacker.
\nYour job is simple:
\nBuild a repeatable outbound machine that can help StepsAI grow exponentially.
\nYou will own the full cold email system — from finding the right customers, building lead lists, enriching data, writing campaigns, setting up tools, testing offers, improving deliverability, analyzing performance, and creating meetings that convert into revenue.
\nWhat You Will Own
\n1. Lead Generation Engine
\nYou will build and manage high-quality lead lists across our target markets.
\nYou should be comfortable using platforms such as:

You should know how to identify the right ICP, company signals, buyer personas, and timing triggers.

2. Cold Email Campaigns
\nYou will create, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns end to end.
\nThis includes:

- Writing preview text \n
- Writing first emails \n
- Writing follow-up sequences \n
- Personalizing based on industry, role, website, product, or pain point \n
- Testing different hooks, offers, CTAs, and messaging angles \n
- Making sure every email sells one clear idea \n
- Creating campaigns that feel relevant, sharp, and human \n
You should understand that cold email is not just sending messages. It is a 1:1 opportunity to reach the right customer with the right insight, right offer, and right timing.
\n3. Outbound Infrastructure & Deliverability
\nYou will own the technical and operational setup of outbound.
\nThis includes:

\nYour output will be measured by real business outcomes.
\nYou will be responsible for:
