Position: Architectural Draftsman

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, and detail drawings using AutoCAD.
\n
• Assist senior designers in developing design and working drawings.
\n
• Draft and revise drawings as per project requirements, client comments, and authority regulations.
\n
• Prepare submission drawings for municipal approvals.
\n
• Continuously learn and update knowledge regarding local development control regulations, construction practices, and drafting standards.

Skills Required

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting and detailing skills.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
\n
• Good understanding of scales, dimensions, levels, and construction terminology.
\n
