Quality Engineer

Location : Patna, Bihar

Experience : 7 to 8 Years

️ Experience Required : Township / Residential Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
\n
• Conduct quality inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
\n
• Ensure quality control of construction materials through testing and inspection.
\n
• Coordinate concrete cube tests, slump tests, material approvals, and third-party quality inspections.
\n
• Identify quality deviations, prepare NCRs, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
\n
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
\n
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
\n
• Participate in pre-handover inspections and snag rectification.
\n
• Promote continuous quality improvement across project execution.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
\n
• 7 to 8 years of experience in QA/QC for residential or township construction projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of IS Codes, construction materials, and quality assurance processes.
\n
• Hands-on experience in RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, and quality documentation.
\n
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
\n
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction reporting.
\n
