We design, manufacture, install, and service advanced textile processing machines for customers across India and overseas. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior Service Engineer to join our Service Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to build expertise in industrial machinery. You will receive practical training and gain experience in machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service. Prepare service reports after every site visit. Learn and understand the complete working of our textile processing machines. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service support. Follow company safety and quality standards. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field. Preferred experience: 1–2 years in industrial machinery service or maintenance. Freshers with a strong learning attitude may also be considered. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to learn and work in the field. Travel Requirements Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Must be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally, depending on project requirements. All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
