Profile: Accountant-Chair Manufacturing-Surat-3.0 LPA

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, and bookkeeping, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, or furniture organization.

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

• Accurately record and maintain all purchase and sales transactions in the accounting system.
• Generate GST-compliant invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
• Reconcile purchase and sales registers with supporting documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain ledgers for vendors and customers and follow up for pending documentation or clarifications.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, preparation of MIS reports, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.
• Ensure proper filing and upkeep of invoices, vouchers, and statutory records.
• Support compliance activities related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations as required.

Qualification:

• B.Com/M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
