About The Job:
- Experience: 8+ years
- The Technical Architect - SCPO Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) is responsible for technical architecture and delivery of Blue Yonder SCPO Enterprise Supply Planning solutions.
- The role includes implementation, migration, integration, enhancement, testing, and support of planning solutions for enterprise supply chain customers.
- The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, strong hands-on development capabilities, and a solid understanding of supply planning processes and integrations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Architect and lead technical delivery for Blue Yonder SCPO ESP solutions.
- Assess existing BY/JDA customer landscapes for migration to modern BY planning platforms.
- Conduct technical workshops to understand supply planning, integration, data, and architecture needs.

Design and develop:
- Technical workflows
- Integrations and interface logic
- Data mapping and conversion processes
- Data models and loading mechanisms
- Scripts and automation assets
- Estimate implementation effort and assess solution complexity, architecture dependencies, and integration scope.
- Provide support for setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
- Guide technical teams through development and delivery phases.
- Perform performance tuning, sizing, and benchmarking.
- Create reusable components and automation frameworks to improve project efficiency.
- Support team enablement, training, and internal initiatives.
- Work in agile delivery environments and support global delivery teams.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Strong implementation experience in Blue Yonder SCPO ESP.
- Strong technical leadership across multiple implementation cycles.

Hands-on experience with:
- SQL / PL SQL
- Python
- Perl
- ETL

Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle
- MS SQL Server
- Snowflake
- RDBMS concepts
- Windows / Unix

Good understanding of:
- APIs
- Web technologies
- Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
- Microservices and multi-tenant architecture
- Experience in enterprise solution deployment and support across cloud/on-prem environments.
- Strong performance tuning and system optimization skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to IO, S&OP, Demand, or broader SCPO product suite.
- Exposure to Cognitive Planning and PDC-Snowflake.
- Knowledge of reporting/analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, and emerging data platforms.
- Domain expertise in supply planning, constrained planning, inventory flows, and tactical planning.
