About The Job:

• As a Senior Automation Analyst, you are passionate about data and technology solutions.
• You will focus on optimizing business processes through automation or applications for our businesses like invoice process automation, automation investment operations, or creating AI-powered chatbot solutions for tear sheet summaries.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude to continuously learn about emerging technologies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions using the UiPath platform across end-to-end business processes.
• Develop secure and high-performance workflow applications using Microsoft Power Apps while supporting multiple user personas and views.
• Configure integration triggers using application connectors, Web APIs, SharePoint, and SharePoint REST API.
• Configure connectors to facilitate automations and applications within Power Platform and UiPath.
• Develop clear and concise documentation and/or presentations to communicate solution designs to senior management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation while ensuring adherence to coding and documentation standards.
• Document all code and workflows with detailed commentary to facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams and reduce developer dependencies.
• Remain current on relevant technologies and conduct internal training sessions to disseminate knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in automation and workflow application development.
• UiPath Developer Certification is preferred.
• Previous development experience with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps and Unqork is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio to embed AI capabilities into workflow applications is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
