TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2(CONTRACT)

About The Job:

• Design, implement, migrate, and support Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions including Enterprise, Frontline (Dedicated and Shared), Cloud Apps, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 services.
• The consultant will assess the existing Citrix environment, execute the migration strategy, and provide operational documentation and knowledge transfer.

Essential Job Functions:
Assessment

• Assess existing Citrix infrastructure.
• Analyze application compatibility.
• Review Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Review identity, authentication, and MFA.
• Assess network readiness and connectivity.
• Evaluate licensing requirements.
• Identify workloads suitable for Windows 365 Enterprise, Frontline, and Cloud Apps.
• Produce assessment and migration reports.

Solution Design

• Design Windows 365 architecture.
• Design networking and connectivity.
• Design Microsoft Intune management.
• Design security baselines.
• Design Conditional Access policies.
• Design Cloud PC provisioning policies.
• Design image management strategy.
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity approach.

Implementation

• Configure Windows 365 Enterprise.
• Configure Windows 365 Frontline (Dedicated).
• Configure Windows 365 Frontline (Shared).
• Configure Windows 365 Cloud Apps.
• Configure provisioning policies.
• Configure Microsoft Intune policies.
• Configure security baselines.
• Configure Windows Update for Business.

• Package applications using Intune.

Monitoring and Operations

• Monitor Cloud PC health.
• Analyze performance.
• Perform capacity planning.

Qualifications:
Experience

• 7 to 12 years in End User Computing (EUC).
• Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
• Experience in Citrix to Windows 365 or AVD migration projects.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
