User Account Management:
- Creating user accounts
- Modifying user accounts
- Deleting user accounts within the IAM system

Access Provisioning & Deprovisioning:
- Granting access to systems, applications, and data
- Revoking access based on requests

IAM System Administration:
- User provisioning
- User deprovisioning
- Password resets
- Day-to-day IAM administration

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintaining IAM process documentation
- Maintaining procedure documentation
- Generating reports as required

Collaboration & Communication:
- Working with team members
- Coordinating with IT staff
- Supporting end-users on IAM-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with security policies
Technical / Business Skills

Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts, including:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Federation

Familiarity with IAM platforms such as:
- SailPoint
- RSA
- Okta
- Azure AD
- Other similar IAM systems

Basic understanding of:
- Queries
- Filters
