INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong track record of leading SAP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices.
- Expertise in ABAP development, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Objects, and modern ABAP programming techniques.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and enhancement projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure ABAP solutions, leveraging SAP S/4HANA technologies.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and drive innovation within the team.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.
