Job Title - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional (Time & Labor & Absence) Consultant
Experience - 8 - 15 Years
Location - Hyderabad
Notice - Immediate to 30 days
Requirements:-
- 8+ years of overall experience, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle functional implementations.
- Well versed with US legislation and statutory rules as applicable to Time & Labor and Absence (e.g., FLSA, overtime, FMLA, state and federal leave regulations).
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently lead functional workstreams.
