Role Description The Restaurant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves supervising and coaching the service team, coordinating with the culinary and bar teams, managing reservations, and monitoring floor operations to maintain brand standards. The Restaurant Manager also handles guest feedback, addresses service issues promptly, and implements initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue. Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory and cost control, compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting training and development of team members.\n

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience in Hiring, team supervision, and staff development within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear interpersonal communication with guests and team members, and effective coordination with kitchen and other hotel departments.

  • Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic cost and inventory control.
  • \n
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in upscale or luxury hospitality.
  • \n
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS platforms used in restaurant management.
  • \n
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
