The Compliances function cannot afford drift. The following attributes are non-negotiable:
• Diligent & systematic - Picks up items as they arise, closes what is committed, and does
not push work forward.
• Honest reporter - Reports work status accurately; does not inflate effort or hide
slippage.
• Realistic planner - Commits to timelines that reflect real completion, not the statutory
last date and not a comfortable month-end.
• Ownership mindset - Treats a compliance miss as a personal failure, not something to
blame on the portal, the CA, or the workflow.
• Coachable - Accepts review inputs from the Assistant Manager and management
without ego.
• Discreet - Handles statutory, financial and legal information with the confidentiality it
deserves.
