Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and delivery experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion EPM solutions.

This role is focused on end-to-end implementation projects. Candidates with only production support experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM applications based on business needs.
• Perform EPM application setup and configuration, including:
  • Metadata and dimension setup
  • Hierarchies
  • Forms and dashboards
  • Business rules
  • Security configuration
• Develop and optimize calculation rules using Calculation Manager and Essbase concepts.
• Configure integrations using:
  • Data Management
  • FDMEE
  • EPM Automate
  • REST APIs
  • Flat file integrations
• Participate in complete implementation lifecycle:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Solution design
  • Application build and configuration
  • Unit testing
  • SIT
  • UAT
  • Go-live
  • Hypercare support
• Prepare technical documentation and work closely with functional and technical teams.
• Independently manage assigned implementation activities and provide technical guidance.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates should have:

• 8–10 years of relevant Oracle EPM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion EPM implementations.
• Proven implementation experience in one or more Oracle EPM modules:
  • Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
  • Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
  • Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
  • Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
  • Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service)
  • Hyperion Planning / HFM

Functional Knowledge Required

Strong understanding of finance processes, including:

• FP&A
• Planning and budgeting
• Forecasting

Technical Skills Required
