About The Job:

• The role is focused on driving finance transformation initiatives through AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement programs.
• The candidate will work closely with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and implement scalable capabilities that improve efficiency, governance, reporting quality, and decision-making.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support finance transformation initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement solutions across core finance functions.
• Assess existing finance processes and identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and operational optimization.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for:
  • Financial Reporting
  • Commentary Generation
  • Forecasting
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Governance & Controls
• Develop and deploy automation solutions using:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Machine Learning (ML)
  • Python
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Analytics Platforms
• Drive initiatives to reduce financial close cycle times, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Build predictive models for forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial performance management.
• Implement dashboards and data visualization solutions to improve business insights and executive decision-making.
• Apply process mining and advanced analytics techniques to identify process bottlenecks and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Partner with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and execute AI and automation roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions comply with finance governance, internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, project updates, transformation roadmaps, and performance reports.
• Support change management, adoption, training, and knowledge transfer activities related to transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Finance Operations, or Process Improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including:
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Reconciliations
  • Financial Reporting
  • Governance & Compliance
• Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Python
  • RPA Tools
  • Data Analytics
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization Platforms
• Experience developing predictive models and data-driven financial insights.
• Knowledge of Process Mining and Process Optimization methodologies.
• Experience building executive dashboards and analytical reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance governance, controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business case development capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Technology, Data, and Business Operations.
