About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Workiva solutions across Financial Reporting, ESG Reporting, Internal Controls, Compliance, and Connected Reporting use cases
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities
- Assist clients in modernizing reporting processes and reducing manual effort through automation and workflow optimization
- Configure and maintain Workiva reporting solutions, workflows, controls, and data integrations
- Support development of connected reporting frameworks that improve consistency, traceability, and governance across reporting processes
- Perform data validation, testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities to ensure solution quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, ESG, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology stakeholders
- Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, training sessions, and change management activities
- Develop process documentation, reporting requirements, training materials, and project deliverables
- Stay current on Workiva product capabilities, reporting regulations, ESG disclosure requirements, and industry leading practices
- Support business development initiatives through market research, solution development, and proposal contributions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Workiva solutions, reporting transformation initiatives, or governance, risk, and compliance programs
- Hands-on experience with one or more Workiva solutions, including Financial Reporting, Wdata, ESG Reporting, Controls & Compliance, Audit Management, or Connected Reporting
- Experience supporting reporting, compliance, audit, or finance transformation initiatives
- Workiva Certification(s)
- Experience supporting SEC filings, annual reports, statutory reporting, ESG disclosures, or compliance programs
- Experience with XBRL, ESG frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB), SOX compliance, or regulatory reporting requirements
- Prior consulting experience within a professional services or advisory environment"
