About The Job:
- The role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, testing, and implementing OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions across global business units.
- The candidate will work closely with business users, external consultants, and internal teams to ensure efficient invoice processing, system stability, and continuous process improvements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in VIM testing, upgrades, and implementation of VIM in new or existing divisions.
- Identify and propose process improvements to optimize invoice processing workflows.
- Assist in global E-Invoicing implementation projects.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions to group companies and divisions.
- Ensure effective global support for VIM applications and processes.
- Perform detailed analysis of existing applications and identify opportunities for enhancements and process optimization.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external consultants, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Develop and adhere to standards covering:
- Solution Design
- Coding Standards
- Testing
- Change Control
- Code Deployment
- Software Controls
- Configuration Management
- Continuous Integration
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide functional and technical support for VIM-related issues raised by internal business users.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues related to the VIM platform.
- Maintain and update documentation related to invoice processing procedures, support activities, and system operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing business processes.
- Experience in testing, upgrades, and global rollout projects.
- Understanding of E-Invoicing processes and implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Experience providing end-user training and production support.
- Knowledge of SAP and OpenText integration frameworks will be an added advantage.
