Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support Blue Yonder SCPO Demand Planning and Fulfillment solutions for retail customers.

Architect and deliver technical solutions for implementation, integration, migration, and managed services engagements.

Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and customer teams to define technical architecture and solution design.

Configure, install, customize, and deploy Blue Yonder SCPO applications.

Design and develop integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and database technologies.
-
Execute migration activities from legacy JDA environments to Blue Yonder cloud platforms.

Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and ETL components for integrations and automation.

Perform technical analysis, workflow design, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.

Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across project engagements.

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end retail supply chain planning solutions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies including AI/ML, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, cloud platforms, and Blue Yonder product enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO, Legacy JDA, and Cognitive Planning implementations.

Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization (IO), and Retail Supply Chain Planning.

Experience with Python, Perl, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL development, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Strong database knowledge including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

Knowledge of Power BI, Cognos, or other reporting and analytics tools.
-
Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Good understanding of Retail Supply Chain Planning processes and integration with enterprise applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
