Role: Technical Architect - SCPO Enterprise Supply Planning(ESP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support Blue Yonder SCPO Demand Planning and Fulfillment solutions for retail customers.

  • Architect and deliver technical solutions for implementation, integration, migration, and managed services engagements.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and customer teams to define technical architecture and solution design.

  • Configure, install, customize, and deploy Blue Yonder SCPO applications.

  • Design and develop integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and database technologies.

  • Execute migration activities from legacy JDA environments to Blue Yonder cloud platforms.

  • Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and ETL components for integrations and automation.

  • Perform technical analysis, workflow design, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.

  • Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across project engagements.

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end retail supply chain planning solutions.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies including AI/ML, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, cloud platforms, and Blue Yonder product enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO, Legacy JDA, and Cognitive Planning implementations.

  • Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization (IO), and Retail Supply Chain Planning.

  • Experience with Python, Perl, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL development, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

  • Strong database knowledge including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Cognos, or other reporting and analytics tools.

  • Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, and DevOps practices.

  • Good understanding of Retail Supply Chain Planning processes and integration with enterprise applications.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
