Infosys Role Details – Consultant ( JL 5)

Location – PAN India

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design accountability for ServiceNow strategic platform
• Lead the ServiceNow solution architecture design and enhancement activities across Enterprise ServiceNow program of work, ensuring the technical integrity of any ServiceNow projects.
• Team of both internal and external developers in the delivery and support of ServiceNow Platform and its enhancements, ensuring that appropriate standards are adhered to
• Assures technical integrity of proposed solutions by ensuring that co-ordination, governance and change control are applied to technical specifications and to the technical infrastructure. Advises on the impact of design options to related programs and on the process for assessing such impact.
• Accountable for operational performance of support and development partners ensuring they meet their contractual obligations and relevant Service Levels
• Co-ordinates design and development activity within a program, acting as custodian of plans and policy for the platform.
• Drives cost transparency in the development and maintenance of ServiceNow enhancements and ensures value tracking. Takes an active role in the development of other staff through mentoring of more junior SA resources
• As the design lead, stays current on ServiceNow products, architecture and applicable integrated technologies
• Maintain and develop positive working relationships with IT ecosystem suppliers to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 9-12 years of experience in the field of IT Service Management and Transformation services practice and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience which involves design, implementation and management, good understanding of ITIL processes for application. Client interaction and project delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction.

Certified in :
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist
• ITIL V3 Foundation

• IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices
  ITIL Service processes of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request fulfillment, Configuration Management and Service Desk function.

• Clear understanding of process-centric IT, the interaction of human-based and system-based processes and business events, and Service Management best practices
  Excellent consulting skills - Requirements gathering and problem solving methods, Communication and presentation skills and Client management
  Integration of ServiceNow with other applications & toolsets

• Service Portal development hands on
• Hands on and good understanding on Domain separation.
  · Java Scripting and Angular JS hands on experience
  · Create and modify workflows
  · Proven experience including full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) and IT service delivery management experience
• Experience of working in an agile environment
• Team leading and/or management, including team planning, prioritizing & goal setting

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
