Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong focus on Database Administration (DBA side) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience and be comfortable working in a finance domain environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and management.
- Support database services in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Ensure high performance and availability of database systems.
- Address database-related issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Database Administration.
- Experience in the finance domain is preferred.
- Willingness to work late hours based on project demand.
- Hybrid work model; preference for candidates based in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL (Primary database).
- Experience with Database as a Service (DBaaS).
- Knowledge of AWS Aurora and Azure SQL Database.
- Strong skills in query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL servers.
Preferred Skills:
