About The Job:
- As part of the Bank's strategic initiatives and in line with evolving regulatory expectations for D-SIB/LSI institutions, the Bank is progressing with the selection and implementation of a new Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) solution.
- Experience required 11+ years of "relevant" experience as it involves cross-functional initiative involving several stakeholders across Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Data Management, Information Security and relevant business units (e.g., Treasury etc.).
- The implementation will encompass activities such as solution design, data integration and reconciliation, model implementation and calibration, user acceptance testing, governance and control framework establishment, reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Given the scale, complexity, and strategic importance of this initiative, we would appreciate the Transformation Office's support in assigning a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the project (along with provision of related costs, to feed into the demand management tool).
At a high level, the Project Manager would be expected to:
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Implementation partner management.
- Program governance (e.g., milestone tracking, issues tracking and execution risk management).
- Managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
- Co-ordinating activities across Risk, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Data, and implementation teams.
- All other activities that form part of/fall within PMO responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience required 11+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience involving cross-functional initiatives across Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Data Management, Information Security and relevant business units.
- Experience in solution design, data integration and reconciliation, model implementation and calibration.
- Experience in user acceptance testing, governance and control framework establishment, reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Project / Program Management experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
