About The Job:
- Responsible for building systems that ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient accounting across global operations.
- Support data analytics and pipeline initiatives using Snowflake, Redis, and Kafka to manage high-volume, real-time data.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical capabilities.
- Work in an Agile, collaborative environment that values technical excellence, innovation, and quality.
- Design and develop robust, high-performance back-end systems using Java 11+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions with a hands-on approach.
- Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems to process and distribute large-scale financial data.
- Develop data integration and pipeline components connecting Snowflake, SQL Server, and real-time streaming platforms.
- Implement and optimize Redis-based caching and data stores for low-latency access patterns.
- Contribute end-to-end development and, when required, perform lightweight UI updates using AI-assisted coding tools with support from front-end engineers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical solutions align with product goals and business objectives.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java and object-oriented programming.

Strong expertise in:
- Java 11+
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Enterprise Integration Patterns

Deep expertise in SQL Server, including:
- Stored Procedures
- Performance Tuning
- Data Modeling
- Experience with Redis for caching or data persistence.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar publish-subscribe/event-streaming platforms.

Familiarity with Snowflake and data pipeline concepts, including:
- ETL
- Batch Processing
- Streaming Pipelines

Familiarity with front-end technologies (preferred):
- Angular or React
- JavaScript / TypeScript
