Bilingual Sourcing / Procurement Specialist

About The Job:

• We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Sourcing / Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations along with the ability to support clients and projects in English and one additional language such as Spanish, French, Swedish, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, Hebrew, or Czech.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing dual-language client engagements, providing procurement support across categories, conducting supplier negotiations, and delivering strategic sourcing outcomes.
• The resource should be available to operate from Noida.

Essential Job Functions:
Dual Language Support

• Provide sourcing, procurement, and client support services in English and one additional language (Spanish, French, Swedish, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, Hebrew, or Czech).
• Support communication with global stakeholders, suppliers, and clients in both languages.
• Manage and coordinate dual-language projects and client engagements effectively.
• Translate procurement requirements, supplier communications, and business documents where required.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across multilingual engagements.

Sourcing & Procurement

• Deliver end-to-end sourcing and procurement support across direct and indirect categories.
• Execute sourcing activities including spend analysis, RFx management, supplier identification, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost savings, process improvements, and value creation.
• Support category management through market analysis, supplier segmentation, and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage supplier negotiations including pricing, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and service-level agreements.
• Support contract negotiation and commercial management in line with business requirements and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of sourcing outcomes.
• Maintain procurement documentation, sourcing trackers, supplier databases, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English and at least one additional language:

• Demonstrated experience in bilingual or multilingual client/service delivery environments.
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing processes, RFx lifecycle, and procurement operations.
• Experience in commercial discussions and contract support/negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting global procurement or shared services environments.
• Experience handling international suppliers and cross-border sourcing projects.
• Exposure to industries such as BFSI will be an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Professional working proficiency or fluency in English.
• Professional working proficiency or fluency in one of the following languages:
  • Spanish

  • Arabic
  • Portuguese
  • Italian
  • Hebrew
  • Czech

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Commerce, Economics, Languages, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or relevant specialization will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
• CSCP or other Supply Chain / Procurement certifications.
• Language proficiency certifications such as:
  • DELE (Spanish)
  • DELF / DALF (French)
  • CELI / CILS (Italian)
  • CAPLE (Portuguese)
  • Swedex / TISUS (Swedish)
  • Recognized certifications in Arabic, Hebrew, or Czech
• Translation, interpretation, or business language certifications.
