- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Finance or a relevant specialization.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in loan against property (LAP) or similar asset-based lending.
- Proven track record of successful credit management, including risk assessment, portfolio management, and credit policy development.
- Excellent knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the area of credit and lending.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
- Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software, as well as experience with credit scoring models.
