Job Specifications:
Qualifications: Qualified CA
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in direct tax
Roles and Responsibilities:
Adhering to clients' corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
Engaging in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients
Experience in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)
Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage
Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred
Strong people and client management skills
Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization
