- HP NonStop platform
- TACL scripting (OBEY files, commands, job control)
- Batch processing and scheduling systems
- Deep understanding of:
- job dependencies
- execution flows
- restart/recovery mechanisms
- file-based batch workflows
- Experience managing complex batch operations in enterprise systems
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for batch failures
- Experience in performance tuning of batch jobs
- Understanding of operational SLAs and batch windows
- Exposure to legacy-to-cloud modernization programs
- Understanding of how batch processes are transformed into:
- modern workflows
- event-driven or scheduled cloud jobs
- Ability to map legacy execution patterns to modern solutions
- Experience with fixed-width file formats, flat files, and batch data processing
- Understanding of data transformation and validation logic
- Exposure to SQL and data reconciliation processes
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools for code/script analysis and documentation
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Ability to work in human + AI collaborative environment
