We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of specialty chemical products across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical and commercial support to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of specialty chemical applications, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and business development initiatives for specialty chemical products across assigned territories and industry segments.
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely order closure.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer support and order fulfillment.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, new product applications, and industry trends to support business expansion.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and proactive account management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development updates for management review.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Chemical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2-8 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of specialty chemical products, applications, and industrial markets.
  • Experience in chemical distribution, trading, marketing services, or specialty chemicals is highly preferred.
  • Excellent technical, commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with a consultative sales approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
