We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions that drive digital transformation and business innovation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership capabilities to design scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while guiding engineering teams through the complete software delivery lifecycle.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will play a key role in defining technology roadmaps, establishing architectural best practices, mentoring development teams, and driving the adoption of modern cloud, DevOps, and microservices-based architectures. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures aligned with organizational goals.
• Design cloud-native applications using modern architecture patterns such as Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality architecture and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP along with containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Establish DevOps best practices by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, infrastructure as code, and deployment optimization.
• Review system architecture, application performance, scalability, and security while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams through technical guidance, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Prepare technical roadmaps, proof of concepts, architecture documentation, and executive presentations to support strategic technology decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives while maintaining high standards for reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with significant experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and MERN Stack development.
• Proven experience designing scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Ability to lead multiple engineering teams while mentoring developers and driving architectural excellence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade applications with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, blockchain, or modern enterprise platforms will be an added advantage.
