Manager for SAP UI5; must have the following:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Manager to lead SAP UI/UX initiatives, manage development teams, and drive digital transformation programs leveraging SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, CAP, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Delivery Management
• Lead and manage SAP Fiori/UI5 development teams across multiple projects and support engagements.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering to deployment and hyper care support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and product owners.
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical and functional capabilities.
• SAP Fiori & UX Development
• Lead development of SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData V2/V4, and RAP.
• Define and enforce UI/UX standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, application security, and usability improvements.
• Support Clean Core and SAP standard extensibility principles.
• SAP BTP & CAP
• Design and deliver side-by-side extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Lead development using SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Define integration strategies with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Drive cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
• AI & Innovation
• Identify and implement AI-driven use cases within SAP business processes.
• Leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, Generative AI, AI Core, and AI Foundation services on SAP BTP.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation, intelligent recommendations.
• Lead innovation initiatives and proof-of-concepts to improve business outcomes.
• Governance & Quality
• Establish development standards, code review processes.
• Drive GitHub-based development and CI/CD strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and architecture guidelines.
• Support technical design reviews and architecture governance.
