The role is a core member of the Agile delivery team responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting endtoend features for an enterprise conversational AI platform . - Designing enterprise solutions for an conversation AI based messaging platform, aligning with various stakeholders and defining the application architecture
- Own endtoend solution design, including conversational flows, integrations, security, scalability, resiliency, and performance.
- Provide handson development and code reviews across backend, integration, and cloud components.
- Guide teams on best practices for conversational AI, NLU design, error handling, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Act as Lead across one or more Scrum teams, influencing delivery outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into highquality, deliverable user stories.
- Own technical delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Act as an Agile champion, promoting CI/CD, test automation, Infrastructure as Code, and continuous engineering practices
- Development includes customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or use tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate a solution
- Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of Truist's most complex solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices.
- Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
- Provide warranty period support, lead rootcause analysis of critical production issues, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to production support teams.
- Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise.
