AMS HCM Cloud Functional - Talent & Recruiting

As a Subject Matter Expert:

1. Should have strong functional experience: 7-10 years in HCM Cloud
2. Must Have: Talent & Recruiting
3. Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
4. Conduct requirement discussions and also interact with Customer effectively.
5. Able to perform detailed analysis of the issue and communicate with Customers effectively
6. Good communication skills
7. Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.
8. Good experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
9. Good experience working on Requirements, Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing.
10. Understanding of Offshore - Onsite Delivery model is an advantage.
11. Though not a complete Technical - should be able to query the data for analysis/debug.
