Role description:
- Arcadis is seeking an experienced LowCode Application & Automation Developer to support our enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining complex lowcode applications and automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- We are looking for a proactive, detailoriented professional who excels in fastpaced environments, collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and brings strong technical expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and enterprise automation technologies. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions are essential.

Role accountabilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex lowcode applications and automation solutions.
- Partner with process owners to map existing workflows, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into scalable application designs.
- Design, develop, and implement enterprisegrade lowcode solutions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and related automation technologies.
- Integrate VBCS UI/UX with backend services such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP Database, OCI Queues, and potential Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to lowcode standards, guardrails, and global data and software governance requirements.
- Build secure, maintainable, reusable, and enterpriseready applications that support consistent compliance across the organization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform hotfixes, and validate postdeployment functionality.
- Partner with business teams, IT, data platforms, and thirdparty vendors to identify automation opportunities and deliver endtoend process improvements.
- Support existing Power Automate solutions while architecting futurestate redesigns using enterpriseapproved technologies.
- Manage incident and problem resolution, as well as service request queues, ensuring high levels of enduser satisfaction.
- Contribute to the delivery of scalable, stable, and highperforming automation processes that meet enterprise demand.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise lowcode application development and process automation.
- Demonstrated success delivering automation solutions in a global, multinational, multivendor environment.
- Handson experience with Oracle VBCS, automation tools, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprisegrade automation solutions at scale.
- Exposure to agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of application security, compliance, and data governance best practices.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP DB, OCI Queues, or Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and enterprise automation platforms
