About the Role

\n

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer / Animator to join our creative team. If you're passionate about bringing ideas to life through motion, enjoy crafting engaging visual stories, and are excited to work across a variety of brands and formats, we'd love to speak with you.

\n

In this role, you will collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to create compelling motion content for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communications. You'll be responsible for taking projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring high production quality, strong storytelling, and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing

    \n
  • Creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and brand communications.
    • \n
  • Translating creative briefs and storyboards into engaging visual narratives through motion.
    • \n
  • Animating design assets, typography, illustrations, and other visual elements while maintaining brand consistency.
    • \n
  • Editing and assembling video content for various digital platforms and formats.
    • \n
  • Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers to bring creative concepts to life.
    • \n
  • Presenting animation approaches and communicating the rationale behind creative decisions to the internal team.
    • \n
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and production requirements are met.
    • \n
  • Staying updated with motion design trends, animation techniques, and platform best practices.
    • \n

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work across a variety of formats.
    • \n
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • \n
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, pacing, storytelling, typography, composition, and visual design.
    • \n
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital-first platforms.
    • \n
  • Bonus: Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools.
    • \n
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively.
    • \n
  • Strong time-management and communication skills.
    • \n
  • At least 1–3 years of experience
    • \n

Salary Range: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA (depending on experience and skill set)
