Hands-on experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide application support for Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
-
Support and maintain Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing applications.
-
Configure and maintain products, pricing rules, product rules, bundles, discount schedules, and quote templates.
-
Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and asset-based ordering.
-
Support Salesforce Billing processes, including invoicing, payment management, tax calculations, credit/debit notes, and revenue recognition.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents within SLA.
-
Support customizations developed using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.

Support REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, Finance, and third-party applications.
-
Perform configuration changes, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and deployment support.

Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application support and system availability.
