About The Job:

  • Experience: 6+ Years
  • We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud ACE Certified Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter development, integrations, cloud implementations, and insurance domain processes.
  • The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive Guidewire ClaimCenter development initiatives, support integrations, perform business analysis activities, and collaborate with enterprise architecture teams across large-scale insurance transformation programs.

Essential Job Functions:
Technical Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor Guidewire development teams across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Drive Guidewire ClaimCenter development activities utilizing ClaimCenter 10.0.1 and above.
  • Configure and customize Guidewire UI components including Screen Configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Guidewire Rules using GOSU programming language.
  • Design, develop, and support Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations with internal and external applications.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adoption of development standards and best practices.
  • Perform JUnit testing and support end-to-end quality assurance activities.
  • Analyze, develop, and maintain large-scale Guidewire applications in dynamic enterprise environments.

Integration & Architecture

  • Support integration and business analysis activities for current and future Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
  • Draft technical requirements and integration specifications including third-party vendor integration requirements.
  • Participate in enterprise architecture initiatives related to Guidewire integrations.
  • Collaborate with Guidewire Integration Architects on solution design reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Contribute to discussions around:
    • Guidewire DataHub
    • InfoCenter
    • Integration Frameworks
    • Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Investigate and assess policy migration and renewal conversion activities.

Analysis & Documentation

  • Perform business and system analysis activities.
  • Document business processes using BPMN standards.
  • Create data flow diagrams and integration process documentation.
  • Investigate data formats, file formats, and integration methods.
  • Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and implementation documentation.
  • Support solution reviews, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications:
Must Have Skills

  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud ACE Certification.
  • 6+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter 10.0.1 and above.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Guidewire Screen Configurations
    • Guidewire Rules Engine
    • GOSU Development
    • Guidewire Integrations
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development concepts.
  • Experience with:
    • Java/J2EE
    • JSP
    • Web Services
    • XML
    • JavaScript
    • Relational Databases
  • Experience performing code reviews and JUnit testing.
  • Knowledge of Insurance (Property & Casualty) business processes.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance ecosystem and data lifecycle.
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation experience.
  • Strong Guidewire integration experience.
  • Business Analysis and System Analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to:
    • Document processes using BPMN
    • Create Data Flow Models
    • Analyze Integration Methods
    • Investigate Data and File Formats
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Guidewire DataHub implementation experience.
