Architect I - SAP SCM (Inbound/Outbound/ Shipping/Inventory), Commodity Management

About The Job:

• Experience: 15+ Years
• We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Lead / Solution Architect to lead complex SAP Supply Chain transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and integrated planning solutions.
• The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Order Fulfillment, and cross-functional SAP process integration while driving solution architecture and business transformation initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain transformation programs across SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and SAP ECC landscapes.
• Define and drive solution architecture for Supply Chain Planning and Execution processes.
• Design and implement solutions for:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Production Planning
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Sales & Operations Planning
• Provide functional and technical leadership across SAP APO modules including:
  • Demand Planning (DP)
  • Supply Network Planning (SNP)
  • Global Available to Promise (GATP)
  • Capable-to-Match (CTM)
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation and roadmap initiatives.
• Manage integration between SAP SCM and core SAP modules including:
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Finance (FI)
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Design and optimize:
  • MRP Processes
  • BOM Structures
  • Capacity Planning
  • Production Scheduling
  • Order Promising
  • Product Allocation
  • Back Order Processing
• Support Vendor and Subcontracting WIP integration processes.
• Lead SAP IBP integration initiatives and planning data synchronization.
• Provide guidance on solution governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Drive large-scale SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and support programs.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
• Support program planning, risk management, solution reviews, and deployment activities.

Qualifications:
Must Have Skills

• 15+ years of SAP SCM/APO implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP APO (SNP, GATP, CTM, DP)
  • SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with SAP ECC modules:
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Production Planning (PP)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Production Planning
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Capacity Planning
• Experience in Vendor / Subcontract WIP Integration.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Order Promising
  • Product Allocation
  • Back Order Processing
  • Sales Order Fulfillment
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Data Integration.
• Extensive experience integrating SCM processes with SD, MM, PP, and Finance modules.
• Solution architecture experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

• Experience with:

  • Configurable BOMs
  • Transportation Scheduling
• Knowledge of:
  • SAP Fiori
  • OData Services
  • SAP APIs
  • S/4HANA Integration Technologies
• Experience in:
  • High-Tech Industry

  • Manufacturing Industry
• Exposure to SAP BW and MES integration.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting global SAP implementation programs.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformation programs.
• SAP certifications in:
  • SAP SCM/APO
  • SAP IBP
  • SAP S/4HANA
