We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Technical Project Manager (TPM) / Agentic Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact transformation initiatives across automation, AI, and digital product development with an experience of 10-14 years.
TPM will own 2 3 parallel initiatives end-to-end, from business requirement shaping to production rollout and stabilization. This role requires a strong blend of program management discipline, technical depth, stakeholder management, and execution ownership.
TPM will act as the central orchestrator between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, design teams, and engineering teams to ensure speed, quality, and governance in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership
"Lead 2 3 concurrent initiatives across automation, AI, and product development
"Own the lifecycle from:
oBusiness Requirement Document (BRD) finalization
oSolution design & architecture alignment
oDevelopment and integration
oTesting, deployment, and production rollout
"Drive execution with clear accountability on timelines, scope, and quality

2. Requirement Shaping & Solution Alignment
"Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to:
oUnderstand and refine business requirements
oTranslate business problems into actionable deliverables
"Work closely with:
oEnterprise architects to finalize solution design & architecture
oDesign teams for UX flows, wireframes, and usability alignment
"Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and complete

3. Technical Delivery Leadership
"Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams including:
oWeb & mobile application development teams
oAgentic AI / AI-ML teams
oData ingestion, processing & analytics teams
oDevOps and cloud engineering teams
"Ensure:
oTechnical dependencies are identified and managed proactively
oSolutions are scalable, secure, and deployable
"Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams

4. Planning, Tracking & Governance
"Create and manage:
oDetailed project plans and milestone trackers
oRisk and mitigation plans
oDependency tracking frameworks
oResource plans
"Define and monitor:
oWeekly governance dashboards
oExecution KPIs (schedule adherence, velocity, quality metrics, etc.)
"Drive:
oStructured reviews (daily scrum oversight, weekly governance, steering reviews)
oIssue escalation and resolution

5. Agile Execution & Delivery Discipline
"Ensure adoption of Agile/Scrum practices

oSprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning

"Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders
