Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update all quality records including batch documentation, SOPs, policies, manuals, traceability logs, and legal compliance documents.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

1. Audits & Corrective Actions

• Lead internal and external audits, implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track resolution of quality issues.

1. Staff Supervision & Training

• Oversee staff performance and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
• Train employees on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operations.

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure process updates and smooth operations.

1. Quality Monitoring & Process Control

• Supervise inspection of incoming and outgoing materials to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Track process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Make COA document for production jobs

1. Production & Efficiency Management

• Oversee daily production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Optimize resource utilization (yield, machine efficiency, manpower allocation) to minimize downtime.
• Ensure on-time order fulfilment while maintaining quality standards.

1. Hygiene & Workplace Compliance

• Enforce pest control measures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Supervise cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic production environment.

1. Management Reporting

• Provide regular updates to top management on system progress, quality performance, and operational challenges.
• Ensure all records are accurately filled and maintained for audits and reviews.
