Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Expandus Business Coaching Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth across our coaching verticals IT/software, EPC, discrete manufacturing, and automotive.
\nThis is a B2B sales role, not a telecalling or appointment-logging job. You will research prospects, initiate multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities against our Ideal Customer Profile, and book high-quality appointments for our coaches.
\nResponsibilities

- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ocean.io, and Prospeo \n
- Research companies and decision-makers before outreach \n
- Run outbound via calls (60–80/day), LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp \n
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP \n
- Build relationships with founders and CXOs on LinkedIn \n
- Maintain same-day CRM discipline \n
- Report actively and apply feedback from call reviews \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 1–3 years in inside sales, SDR, or B2B telecalling \n
- Any graduate (BBA/BCA/BE preferred) \n
- Strong communication and internet research skills \n
- Comfortable speaking with founders/business owners \n
- Target-driven, coachable, organised with follow-ups \n
- English fluency required; additional Indian languages a plus \n
- Exposure to international markets (Singapore, Middle East, SEA, Africa) is a plus \n

\nWork schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
