\nRole Overview:
\nWe are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to support our outbound prospecting efforts in the Australian market. In this role, you will engage with senior IT leaders and corporate executives, build relationships with key decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for our leadership team.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling activities targeting enterprise accounts in Australia.
\n• Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
\n• Build relationships with senior executives, including VPs and CIOs.
\n• Schedule qualified meetings for the leadership team.
\n• Execute email outreach campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting activities.
\n• Maintain accurate prospect information and activity tracking within CRM systems.
\nRequirements:
\n• 1–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or international calling.
\n• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
\n• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM tools.
\n• Ability to work during Australian business hours (ANZ shift).
\n• Resilience, persistence, and a consultative approach to prospect engagement.
\nKey Success Metrics:
\n• Qualified meetings booked per month.
\n• Meeting attendance and conversion rates.
\n• Outbound call and email activity levels.
