Job Description
The General Manager - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development.
\nResponsibilities:
\nProject Planning & Management:

- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. \n
- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. \n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals. \n
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track. \n
Budget & Financial Management:

- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met. \n
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues. \n
- Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. \n
Quality Assurance & Compliance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and development activities meet the required specifications. \n

Client & Stakeholder Management:
