The General Manager - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • \n
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.
  • \n
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.

Budget & Financial Management:

  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.

  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues.

  • Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and development activities meet the required specifications.

  • Manage any compliance issues related to zoning, permits, and environmental regulations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, ensuring clear communication among all project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, sales) to align project activities with overall business objectives.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including delays, disputes, or changes in scope.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Manage client expectations and ensure that all project deliverables meet their requirements.
